Legal & Compliance

Terms &
Conditions

These Terms govern your use of Onepay services, including online bill payments, corporate payouts, and in-store or online accessories purchases.

Onepay Policy

User Agreement

By accessing Onepay, you agree to these terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

Bill Payments

Utility, telecom, and other bill payments are processed based on biller connectivity, account status, and payment gateway uptime.

Corporate Payouts

Bulk and API payouts require accurate beneficiary details and sufficient balance in your settlement wallet.

Accessories

Accessories availability, pricing, and warranty terms may vary by branch and supplier policy.

Platform Security

You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials, OTPs, and authorized device/session access.

1. Account Registration & Verification
You must provide correct personal or business information during registration. Onepay may request identity or business verification documents to activate bill payments, payouts, or merchant services.
2. Bill Payment Terms
Bill payment requests are executed based on biller response. A transaction marked successful by Onepay and the connected biller is considered final. Failed or pending payments are handled through reconciliation and may take time based on partner response windows.
3. Corporate Payout Terms
For batch and API payouts, clients must submit valid account information and maintain sufficient available funds. Onepay is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect beneficiary data, banking partner downtime, or compliance checks.
4. Accessories Orders, Delivery & Warranty
Accessories orders are subject to stock availability. Warranty coverage, replacement, and returns follow the policy shared at time of purchase and applicable supplier terms. Physical damage or unauthorized tampering is not covered.
5. Fees, Charges & Taxes
Applicable service fees, gateway charges, and taxes are disclosed during checkout or onboarding. Onepay may revise fees to reflect business, regulatory, or partner cost changes, with updates published on official channels.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use Onepay for fraud, unauthorized collections, money laundering, illegal products, or restricted transactions. Accounts violating laws or policy may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.
7. Data Privacy & Security
Onepay processes personal and transaction data for service delivery, fraud prevention, compliance, and support. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but users must also maintain secure devices and credentials.
8. Service Availability & Liability
Onepay aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from telecom issues, banking network failures, force majeure events, or user-side configuration errors.
9. Updates to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically to align with new services, operational policies, or legal requirements. Continued use of Onepay after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
